You can send me quick video clips for form checks, ask questions anytime, and I’ll respond within 24 hours. You train on your schedule in a real gym, while I track progress through my app and keep you moving forward. We also jump on calls so nothing slips through the cracks. Bottom line: you get more support than a rep-counting in-person trainer, at a fraction of the cost.

 Absolutely — I specialize in tough cases most trainers won’t touch. I’ve helped clients reduce symptoms and even put type 2 diabetes and autoimmune issues into remission. I’ve worked with stroke and heart attack survivors to restore strength and mobility.
